We have a designated Special Needs Co-ordinator who works across the school with individuals and groups of children, and organises special learning programmes. We are an inclusive school and aim to give every child learning opportunities that are relevant to individual needs and abilities, giving extra help for children who need it, and enrichment to others.

We have close links with Huish Episcopi Academy, and have benefitted from specialist Science and Maths teaching for some of our classes. The federation of schools work closely in a Community Learning Partnership, and have organised events and projects such as thinking skills sessions for able children, sports days and music events.
